Is this worth it?

Stopped by a..."shop" (not naming a competitor to OCUK) on the way home from work and they had a stack of 2TB USB2 external hdd's they were selling as clearance stock, for £79. IIRC you cant buy normal drives for <£100 atm never mind external ones, I don't need a hdd atm but im thinking I should get one as I may at some point and prices may not have come down in price yet.

What do you think?

You can get 2TB Samsung F4s for £69.98 online from a very large etailer, with free delivery and 3-year-warranty (at least while such things are still available). It should be pretty easy to find, although I can't be more specific for the usual reasons.
