Is this wrong?

I have an interview with a company who is considered a public authority and is bound by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Do you think it's wrong for me to ask for the mark scheme for my interview, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000?

I'm not entirely sure, however, if I was the employer I would be more impressed with the interviewee who can deal with the situation on the spot, as opposed to the one with pre-meditated answers.

Ask anonymously, or don't IMO!

I'm tempted to have a friend phone them and ask for it.

You can ask for it or you can get a friend to ask for it (nb must be in writing although email suffices as writing as given in the Act) but you'd have to be careful about the way the question is framed if you want relevant information back. It may be that this information falls under one of the exemptions (can't think of any off the top of my head that would be applicable but that's not to say it couldn't) or that conceivably they don't have a specific marking scheme (although that would seem unlikely for a public body).

I can't say I'd bother myself, I'm either what they are looking for and so will pass the interview on that basis or I'm not, in which case tailoring my answers to fit the criteria even if it isn't strictly what I can do is probably not going to work out too well in the long run.
