because in the last 2 days I have had my vario 2 I have been on it none stop. And only now have I thought certain things might be inc and others might not be ect.

so what's the score?

thanks.

The T&C are about to change, but at the moment you're not allowed to use VOIP, IM or video/audio streaming with the service. There's also a 2GB cap.

Assuming you aren't using VOIP or video/audio streaming then I doubt you're anywhere near the cap. I have my Nokia E70 set up to download my e-mail every 30 minutes and I surf the net on my commute (an hour each way). I've never used more than a few hundred megabyte. :)

VOIP stands for Voice over IP, i.e. Skype and similar services. With 3G and unlimited data, you have the potential to make a lot of free calls.

There's more info on the changes to Web'n'Walk over at The Register. I have no idea if it affects current customers.

These are the new WnW conditions:

WnW = 1GB limit, web browsing from handset, email from handset - nothing else. £7.50/m.

WnW Plus = 3GB limit, web browsing from handset, email from handset, use handset as modem, stream media, download files, use IM. £12.50/m

WnW Max = 10GB limit, web browsing from handset, email from handset, use handset as modem, stream media, download files, use IM, use VOIP. £22.50/m

Looks like the new £7.50 WnW is a lot more restrictive than the previous package. You could download files on the old one as long as it wasn't streaming. With these new packages, downloading is only allowed on the WnW Plus and Max.

Kind of kicking myself that I didn't phone up T-Mobile a week ago and asked to be upgraded to the old WnW Pro for £10 a month. This allowed modem use and streaming data.

Looking at some other sites i think you can still use IM on the £7.50 package aslong as your a lite user on it, ie not on it 24/7.
Ive got it installed when i received my vario 2 and have used it for a couple of days now, only for 20mins at a time though.
