I think with a bit of context it can change.

10 or so years ago he was for sure. These days less so, there's nothing memorable in recent years from the top of my head and some of his older stuff that was funny doesn't hold up today.

There are exceptions.

He s pretty funny tbh. Most of his stuff are actually great laughs. Childish but great fun.
