If you are already logged in its fine. Live is down, so anything that requires a passport login that isn't already cookied/cached won't work.

anyone running 7 had the problem with msn not starting proprtly till the thrid or fourth time: (windows live messenger has stopped working)

If you are already logged in its fine. Live is down, so anything that requires a passport login that isn't already cookied/cached won't work.
