ISA help.

you ever heard of stooging ?

Nope. :p But I have heard of "Stoozing" - but I won't tell anyone (as I wouldn't trust them to pay the loans back properly - and for the mediocre interest these days - it's hardly worth all the work)

And it's virtually impossible also now as the credit agenices now monitor for numerous cards and can check for balance trasnsfers and pay-offs in the 6 or 12month timeframes.

Thought id hijack this :)

I have a savers account with Sainsbury's bank which all I do is save for my car each year for: insurance, mot, service ,tax. about 1k a year ish. I don't have a pension either so I'd thought that I would open an ISA and save that way instead of a pension etc. I probs can scrape £250 per month into savings.

I have never looked into ISA before so have no clue what to look for or rates etc can anyone spec any?
I have notice that Alliance and Leicester are doing 2.75% AER for the 1st year etc.
Lloyds TSB is my main bank 2.50% AER for their ISA.

Thanks MP4
