ISIS... Bono has the answer!

Strangely on some levels it isn't a silly suggestion in reality though how the **** do you make that work? making fun of Muslims - and there is a limit to how far you can go without making it about Muslims/Islam - isn't exactly going to go down well even with those who don't subscribe to extremism.

Its not a terrible idea really, anything to lessen their credibility. Thats the point though, this will only have any effect with amongst likely recruits. I'm not sure what the comedy tastes of islamic extremists are.

In my experience Muslims don't do banter.

I always squirm when I see 'celebrities' involve themselves in politics. Bono should stick to creating music, well music in his terms. :)

I could be wrong but I was under the impression they don't take mocking to well.

Edit: Extremists that is.

I am not so sure I'd want my name down as a possible solution to ISIS :D.

If they actually got Muslim comedians involved it might have an impact in terms of helping to stop UK Muslims from being radicalised.

I doubt they'd be particularly influenced by what a someone called Cohen or a random fat chick has to say about their religion.

It's actually a great idea, we could send them Bono, Katie Hopkins, Chris Evans (Ginge one), Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Ricky Gervais, Kanye West & The Kardtrashians, Tony Blair, James Corden, Piers Morgan and a whole lot of others I could think of.
