You don't have to change any settings.
- Click "create room"
- Change it's name to "OcUK"
- Select "UK basic" from the list on the right.
You're done.
And btw, "cockpit" was a genius guess at "manhole" earlier.

Well that's how it usually goes.
Example of a typical IRC conversation (with 'burgers' as an example for the subject of debate);
Person A : burgers f.t.w!!1!
Person B : burgers fail
Person A : you fail
Person B : your face fails
Person A : your mom fails
Person B : urs
Person A : no urs
etc etc etc.
