ISO5 IPhone4 Error (21/1600) Restore Error

Hey guys, heres my problem.

i have a iphone 4.
Its Jailbroke. ( badly , Cydia apps dont install anymore always givs me errors)
I did my ipad the exact same way but that works :/ , Ahh well thats not really why im here.

i tried to install ISO5, i downloaded the Update/Restore File.
tried to install it through ITunes, it gave me unknown Error 1600.
3 Hours later , about 100 web pages and 7 Videos i finaly got rid of that error using "fixrecovery-win" , evryone said use "iREB-r4" , its ment to get rid of error messages when restoring and just skip them, with a lot of good reviews too but it was no use to me. the "fixrecovery-win" i used got rid of the 1600 error, now i get error 21 instead, Apple says this is due to Virus Protection, or a bad cabel. or slow USB Port........ Well i set up A ipod , this Phone , and 2 Ipads on it. so i dont realy think the wires / ports are the problem, and my Anti Virus is Disabled...

Anyone have a clue on howto Bypass/Fix Error 21 , or Install ISO5 without using itunes? ,,,,, and while your here anyone have a clue why i cant install cydia apps? - Please Help

Are you using the latest iTunes beta to do this? Also, is your device a registered developer device?

I'm not sure on what the error does but it's best to cover the basics just to make sure.

no and no, but u can install without DEV account and glitch past activation on the phone, dont think u can use it as a phone though, (SMS,Calls)

Whilst we're allowed to talk of jailbreaking, I doubt anyone will help you with installing IOS5 on a non registered device.

Restore it in DFU/Recover mode and just leave it

or give another go at jailbreaking it.

Problem with the jailbrake on iOS4 so you decide the best way to fix it will be to put an un-released BETA OS on? God help anyone who asks you for tech support lol

Probably used the dodgy bootrom hack during the Jailbreak which (I believe) kills restores because the bootloader is then a higher version than any official iOS4 build is ever likely to be, and you can't downgrade.

Lesson for today - don't mess about with the bootrom.
