Currently in the process of migrating between ISP's. The migration date is set for the Dec 1st, ive had e-mails from old and new ISP confirming this. Everything going smoothly I thought.....

Yeah right, I only submitted my MAC yesterday to the new ISP and for some reason BT have gone and terminated my line totally.

Having spoke to both ISP's today (on my mobile!) they are totally at the mercy of total and utter halfwits. (BT that is). I have rung BT and spoke to someone quite senior who could not even explain how someone could have actioned this in such a manner..

Thing is I dont even have a phone line now, so it need to be re-installed apparently. I was assured it would fast tracked.

Makes me think how many other so called valued customers have been stung like this by such a totally useless operation.

Any of you guys n gals reading been done?

oh nice, BT have killed your PSTN line. That'll wipe out any ADSL stuff you have, so BT Wholesale would have to wait for your PSTN line to be reinstated before they can put ADSL back on. I'd really kick off at BT demanding an explaination of how an DSL migration affected your PSTN.
