ISP spying

I don't kno the technical ins and outs of the two product types, but was just illustrating cost. I'm ranting to nobody now, though, so I'll just stop :p

I would like to remind some of you what would be the state if no LLU had happened.

New Karoo 8Meg connection tarrifs. (http://karoo.co.uk/broadband/)
(bear in mind KC do traffic shape too)
£12.99 + (setup £30) = 2GB limit, 1 mailbox (£2 per GB after limit) 18month contract.
£16.99 + (£5 delivery) = 10GB limit, 5mail box, 25MB web (£1 per GB after limit) 1? or 12 month contract.
£29.99 + (£47 possible setup) = 75GB(unlimited 12-8am), 10mail boxes, (no advertised cost per GB over 75) 1 or 12month contracts.
Also worth a note is they throttle P2P, usenet and if anyone downloads movies, expect to be cut off until you send them an appology letter and £25. And they are harsh to say the least with this (cash cow), not to mention browsing ppls computers connected to the network.

I'm sure ppl who live in the KC area (no other options for them ATM) would be happy with a slice of the options available to some of you guys in BT area's.

these new karoo tariffs are a joke they had them on the site for a couple of weeks and i wonder if a single existing user showed any interest, what a waste of time :S i for one wont be charged more to get a 75gig limit :P

the problem is how many simply do not have the choice ?
Offcom seemed to give karoo the green light to do as it wanted, and then these new tarrifs.
