ISP without traffic shaping

Hi,

I've spent far too long on adslguide and have frankly swamped myself with options and confusion. I'm currently with TalkTalk 1Mb ADSL, all was good until they enforced strict policy on P2P apps. Even with RC4 encryption enabled I rarely get above 5Kbps.

I am therefore looking to change ISP, here are my ideal needs:

Max Cost: £20 a month
Usage: 10GB Max (no traffic shapping)
Speed: 1 - 2 Mb line

Can anyone recommend a good ISP that meets these needs, also I cant get cable in this area :/

Given your location in profile, have you looked at BE? I have a few concern about the connection reliability but they're cheap and uncapped and unshaped. Might be worth a look. If it's critical you have a connection (as in actually critical rather than you won't be able to play CS) then I'd avoid them,otherwise, probably ok
