Issue with ID Mobile

I've been with ID Mobile (runs on Three network) for just over 2 months now and at first all was well. However, since the 2nd billing period started at the end of last month I'm unable to call any local numbers and I get the following message:

"Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number."

I was using local numbers in the first billing month without a problem. I've contacted them 3 times now and each time they say it's call barring on my phone but I can't see any call barring settings on my phone (Moto G 3rd Gen). Anyone had this problem before or got any fix ideas before I move on?
 
There will certainly be call barring settings available on your phone, although I don't see how this would have suddenly changed if you don't even know they exist.

If you open up the dialler and access the settings from the 3 dot menu in there it'll have call barring in there somewhere.

Edit: Just had a look on my Moto x and you're right it's not there, I'm sure I'd seen it before.

I'm pretty sure call barring is on the network side, not the phone side. Try another SIM from another network in the phone and see if that works, and try the ID SIM in another phone.
 
Just tried my sim in another phone and it's still not working. Will try the wife's giffgaff sim in mine when she comes home tonight.
 
My wife can call the numbers I can't and I've tried her sim in my phone so the problem's got to be on ID Mobiles end. Looks like a move away again to another provider.
