I've been with ID Mobile (runs on Three network) for just over 2 months now and at first all was well. However, since the 2nd billing period started at the end of last month I'm unable to call any local numbers and I get the following message:
"Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number."
I was using local numbers in the first billing month without a problem. I've contacted them 3 times now and each time they say it's call barring on my phone but I can't see any call barring settings on my phone (Moto G 3rd Gen). Anyone had this problem before or got any fix ideas before I move on?
