I have a slightly unusual bug with task switching: Ever since Windows 3.1, I've known ALT-TAB has always switched to the previous window that you had open. Very recently (we're talking the last six weeks or so), I would switch windows using the mouse cursor. A split second before the desired window is on top, another open window will flicker in view before going behind the desired window. When ALT-TABbing afterwards, the undesired window will be second in the MRU list.
This happens on my work PC and on my home PC! Both are running Windows XP Pro SP2. Apart from XP Pro and IE6, there is not much else in common with the two PC's, so I suspect it is a bug with one of the MS updates.
