issue with USPS delivery

Not that it helps much, I've got a package coming through usps and I don't get delivered for it just coming to uk/customs, so I doubt its what tom_e says.

if it's been handed to RM the tracking likely won't update until it's delivered

I called royal mail and it had been sent to my RM local delivery office (that i didnt even know existed) No card was left and I had a customs charge to pay (vat)

Its a good job I called because it had been there since 3rd october and would have been send back in a few days time.

When I picked it up from the RM office he said "no card was left because it doesnt have your name on" I looked and it does have my name on
