You might call them the monkeys, but without them putting in networks etc, you might not have a job, i wonder who put the network etc in where you work. The way you said, make me think, that you think you are above them.

The holier-than-thou syndrome is ripe in Schools. Most (and I say most, not all) teachers have a superiority complex, especially over Support Staff.

With me and my experience the school stops working. No modern school can function without IT.

I am still treated like something that you scrape of your show yet hold a senior management position.

Still the leadership team and governors value me. So to this end I try to avoid looking down on anybody. Without street cleaners we would all be up to our necks in **** , remember that!
