Here's the situation I'm in atm:
I have an old M848a rev 2.1 and some agp card that I have tested and works, I linked the board up to a psu put the gpu in and pressed power(well shorted the pins actually ;p) gpu fan spins green LED Chav fan spinz but no display, tried with 2 Diffrent gpus same thing the only things connected are 20pin and CPU fan so it must at least post and let me into the bios right? I can also confirm that this board was working fine yesterday

What model and the rest is the GPU and the PSU?

take all your ram out apart from 1 then try, if that does work move it to a diffrent slot.. i had this problem

When I tested their was no ram in it

PSU? What are the connections you have for the PSU?

Oh sounds bad mobo issue maybe are they colour coded as in ram slots?

If so try the other with one in A and one in B

But again a full spec will do you favours.

Full spec hmm..
AMD semptron

No ram

Not sure on fist gpu but second is 6200 I think

Psu is seasonic 300w

What do you mean? Want to know more about the PSU? I can't really check much more as I cannot get the thing to boot into UBCD let alone post

Have you tried linux to test boot issues as i seem thats your one point for now?

I am pretty sure that the psu is up for the job I cannot "try" Linux as I cannot get any boot media to boot as I cannot change the order in the bios due to no display
