IT Support case logging software

Hi

I work for a small IT support company and we are looking for a piece of software that would allow us to log calls and assign them to engineers. Ideally it would allow us to log call length, customer details, what was done etc.

I'm actually looking at a similr solution and have found SysAid IT but having tested it I found it to be too meh so will keep an eye o this!

We used spiceworks in the past. I found it slow but it's free...

Kayako is very popular, seems to be mostly web based companies that use it.

You might find it works for you quite well - http://www.kayako.com/. There's a trial as well.

We use a program called JIRA.
