Any suggestions on courses other than Microsoft apps? I really enjoyed the ITIL and Price courses.

Obviously I want to enrich my CV at the same time, anything else employers will be looking for?

MoR (Management of Risk) might be worth a look. I enjoyed PRINCE2 also and felt that MoR might be a good next step too. Not done it yet though.

However if you want to make your CV look good, actually utilising what you've learnt on PRINCE2 and ITIL courses, in the real world and gaining experience, is far more important.
