MSc and winning should not be mentioned in the same sentence.
The guy is way past it.
He can't handle Rosberg (who has no proven pedigree). How do you expect him to handle arguably the best driver in F1? Unless MSc wants to end his career having been completely beaten, he best not have Alonso, Vettel or Hamilton as his team-mate. These guys WILL humiliate him.

Arknor, I realise you are a big MSc fan. Nothing wrong with that. But you cannot compare the MSc of 10 years ago, with the MSc of today. They are 2 completely different drivers.

This year, Alonso has given a masterclass on how to score more points than other drivers who are driving faster cars. 10 years ago, MSc would've been right alongside Alonso...and perhaps even ahead of him (in the same car).
 
They are currently talking about team-mates helping eachother out, with slipstreaming on the main straight. Ferrari have worked this out.

The commentator is asking why McLaren aren't doing this?
My answer to this would be: they are aware of this. And they are probably forming a committee to have an hour-long discussion on the pros & cons of doing this. Unfortunately, their super computers do take a while to work out these cunning plans.

Or they have 2 drivers who are not willing to help each other, more likely.
