Hi all, I bought something from China and it didn't arrive within the specified period of six weeks so I was issued with a refund. I have since bought another one from someone else. It arrived eventually after 10 weeks and now the seller keeps contacting me for payment. I asked the seller to arrange collection because I have no use for it but the seller says that's too expensive from the UK. What would you do?

I ordered 8GB RAM from Amazon and when it didn't turn up they resent it and this time I received it.

A few days later the original order arrived and I decided to keep it so I contacted Amazon and paid for it.

Maybe I'm too honest but look forward to getting my reward in heaven.

Or you could have sent it back and still get your reward in heaven

This.

Just keep it until they sort out return postage at their expense. If it's low value then they usually won't bother.

Reminds me of a free 32" TV i received earlier this year

Major high street retail chain, lost the TV i ordered in transit somehow, so i got a refund after waiting 4 or 5 days for it to turn up.

They apologised and gave me £30 discount off the replacement i ordered.

The 'lost' TV turned up about a week later, so i ended up with 2 :D

I waited a few months then sold it on Gumtree.

To redeem yourself you should ring the retailer and pay for it.
