Item out of stock??

The universe is telling you to get Tassimo.

That and to call Chris on 0845....

Hey all,

Just wanted to know where i stand with this predicament.

I ordered a Senseo coffee machine from laskys (if this is a competitor feel free to remove, although they don't hold much competition!!) the other day and have just received this poorly formatted email:

"Please accept our apologies. Please be advised that the PHILIPS HD7814/60 on order ID ; is currently out of stock and currently without a re-stocking date . Please call us on 0844 892 0124 to discuss this further."

Now they are still showing said item in stock just for double the price and also is it right for them to expect me to ring them to sort out their mistake??

Any advice?

obviously you "purchased" said item at an incorrect price and they aren't letting you have it, ring up and get your money refunded. :D

What do you want? They've told you what to do. Do you want a complimentary pony or something?

Thanks

There was no Chris, there was an Adam, a Matt and even some other guy who I did not get the name of.... oh i bet that was Chris :(

Read the whole thread please

I did read the whole thread and offered advice on it, but it seems you're not prepared to listen to people even though you've came on here asking for it because you aren't man enough to make a simple phone call.

You clearly did not read the whole thread, I had already contacted them (several times) and got a refund before you offered your advise.

Don't get me wrong I appritiated the advice but I wasn't after advice on ringing them, I wanted to know where I stood with the problem before I rang them.

Thanks

why would I lie? I did read the whole thread obviously you have some sort of magical power to distort the truth from my brain, but are clearly incapable of doing a simple task. I'm not getting into a *** for tat my dad's harder than your dad argument, I think you've shown how pathetic you are by asking for advice on something that has clearly been miss priced and you thought you'd take advantage of it and they won't sell to you..simples.
