So at my heaviest I was 24 stone.

Health issues but training in jitsu..big injury leading to a patelofemoral joint replacement (3/4 knee replacement) aged 37..pretty dramatic. Its been 3 years and Ive been bimbling alone and been fat and unfit.

Started with a PT in september and man its been a pretty fun journey so far. September 1st 2017 I was 19 stone 13 lbs. Today Im 16 stone 8.

I used to lift when I was a teenager but nothing since and now Im 40 with a new knee.

Today I was able to dead lift 120kg x3 on the minute every minute for 10 rounds.
5x5 Chest press for 70kg (dont laugh I know its pitiful)
Squatting with a weird knee is fun...I had no confidence in it but today was able to squat 55kg 4x10 with good form.

I know these are silly little numbers to some of you but you know what im off my sofa and moving my tubby ass and I love it. setting PB's every week and feel like I have loads in the tank. 40 for me is the new 20.
