Now normally i'm not the kind of person that would post this, but recently i split with my girlfriend who i had been with for a year and 2 months, not on the best of terms as she screwed me around.
Regardless of this i do still miss her and find myself with a lot of spare time which i would usually have spent with her, so i'm looking to take up a new hobbie or something that can distract my mind away from her, something preferably i can do in the confines of my house or garden would be great so ideas please.

My condolences :(

If you are an active-type person, i find working out does wonders for mind and body. Plenty of exercises you can do at home too, if you don't want to go to the gym.

Best to keep active, get your mates round and have a beer.

I'm getting all emotional with all these relationship threads. Why can't people just get along /crys

Buy a Nintendo Wii and a load of online games. Next thing you know, you will be really old and really really hungry.

Nah he's not live in, but he pops round with the mower once every week to do the garden and put the bins out, which is quite handy really.

I started to work out again this morning and the gyms only down the round so i'm def gonna continue with that, really looking for something to do in the evenings instead of sitting infront of this computer screen which i do at work all day. :)

on the musical note i already play bass and drums, tho i may learn guitar would be nice to complete the set i guess.

Christ how many relationship threads are popping up in the last few days, I thought this was a computer forum not a relationship forum...

Build RC stuff.
Cars are not too bad, but Aero is where the buzz is at.
Spend weeks and weeks building up that WW2 scale model and then 5mins to trash it !
Ah the joy of a never ending hobby :D

Hey kids of america, its hand painted wooden ball-in-a-cup, Mexico's favorite toy for over 340 years. Who needs constant video game stimulation when theres ball-in-a-cup? You just toss the ball, catch it in the cup, dump it out of the cup, toss it, and catch it in the cup again. The ball is on a string and attached to the cup, so theres no worry if you dont catch the ball in the cup. And clean up is as easy as catching a ball, in a cup. So why spend another day not catching a ball in a cup when you can be catching a ball-in-a-cup?
