It's getting there :)

I would probably go PUMP > Bot Rad > GPU > CPU > Top Rad > RES

Seems like the most simple loop to go about this.

With a 480 rad I doubt you will need a second rad just for one GPU and a CPU. Unless your going for massive overclocks. Maybe just add another 4 fans to the existing rad for push/pull if you really wanted to, if your still not happy then I would think about the second rad.

I would go Pump > Rad > GPU > CPU > Return Res

Aye just spin ya gpu barb to face upwards, go from there up to ya CPU then back down to your pump, no need for another rad unless your gonna add some more gpus or mobo/mem blocks.

Cheers guys, I just assumed (wrongly lol) that I'd need to cool the 'hot' water coming from the GPU before it gets to the CPU. But i supoose once the system is up to temperature, the water will be pretty much the same temperature anywhere in the loop?

@Ash2097 I initially tried it the rad the way you suggest, but as i only have straight barbs, there's no clearance between the rad and PSU. When i get a CPU bloc, I'm going to route the tubing neatly, plus buy compression fittings, so i may be able to swap the rad round then!
