It’s the Seagate Barracuda causing the Error Code 50.

I had a problem with Error Code 50 (Page Fault in NonePaged Area) did all the usual HD checks, looked for Sdbot type viruses, Swapped the 512 RAM with a new one all of which failed to fix the problem. I put the both sticks of RAM in and all was fine; been running for 3 months (constantly) now. I need to work the server harder now and I’ll start running into trouble again if it starts using the hard drive as virtual memory.
I have been told the way to fix this is to wipe the disk and do a “Low Level Format” what ever that is?
But the question I want to ask is the HD faulty or not? How come my 6 client PC’s with various manufactures/ age of HD’s have never shown signs of this sort of fault? The server in addition to the system drive has two SATA Seagate bigger ones configured as RAID 1 for data only and they haven’t complained about being on all the time.
