It's too hot...

Bunch of pansies and whiners, try wearing full desert dpms and kevlar body armour whilst carryimg a 40 kilo bergen in 40 to 60 degree temperatures with little to no windchill before telling me this mild summer is too hot.

I don't want to be a pansie anymore, where can i try this?

How strange, according to the Met Office the hottest temperature recorded in the UK was 28c at Sheerness.

That's what the car temperature sensor showed earlier, it wasn't really sat in the sun much either, at least not while stationary.

Still, it was too hot :(

That was always my line but after last year's snow which went on for weeks, I got merrily bugged off with winter.

But I hate having sweaty nads in this weather. :(

I actually liked it, only part that i hated was the time the North circular got a water main leak and it froze on one lane.. talk about ice road derby

It's too hot, u mad?

The snow here is hilarious, it isn't really that bad at all yet it rips the whole country apart :p

Only because people use the snow as an excuse. We need more people like karl Pilkington to run things :D.

Easy, Arnie, most of us are either frail computer nerds, or giant elephant-come-man-come-hippo geeks.

Me included, i don't whine that it's too hot or too cold however.

It really irks me how some people can complain far too much, in my experience many of the people moan that it's too hot when it's summer then moan that it's too cold 95% of the rest of the year.

What about the biting mosquitoes ? :p

Aslong as I'm not going to catch malaria from them they don't overly bother me, the thought of a camel spider wandering into my tent scares the crap out of me mind.

Because we don't have the infrastructure for dealing with widespread issues like we had last winter, mainly because such winters are few and far between.

Wouldn't mind every winter being like last year rocking shorts and flip flops in the snow whilst everyone else wears about 10 layers with wellies
The winter before however was a bit of a bugger for me since i had no heating for like a week and half over christmas, now that was cold.

Maybe because that is exactly the case? :D

Also you conveniently ignored my other post.

:D

In year 10? I had batteries in my pocket and my keys, they made an electrical circuit and I ended up burning through my jeans and burnt my skin. Got sent out from the science class for swearing and trying to take my jeans off. True story.

How come you were allowed to wear jeans in school?
