It's too hot :(

I'm a walking radiator, but in the summer I don't get too hot, I sweat but I enjoy feeling hot and love the feel of the sun on my skin. :)

same here.. i rarely feel genuinely cold even in the winter im ok with a shirt and a thin-ish jacket.. in the summer i sweat but like you i enjoy the sun and tbh id love the weather to be like this all the time.. days are long, girls are sexier you can do more and feel better with less clothes on.. all the benefits tbh

Lol.. hot? This is my winter weather! I still have the heater on and am wearing jeans/jumper! I had a trial day for a job on Friday and the aircon was broken (you actually use aircon?), can't believe how much you englishmen complain about the weather! It's too cold wah.. it's too hot wah..

I called mum at home this morning (their evening AU), she said it was 20 degrees and she couldn't stand staying in the (cold) lounge anymore and headed off to the warm bed early.

Give me 35+ with 100% humidity and daily sub/tropical storms anyday..

Shock as people from different climates are acclimatised differently!

Have a cookie.

OP salvation is at hand for us - this cursed hot weather is gonna go away for at least a bit. A big rainstorm approaches, its gonna whack the UK on Wednesday...*phew*

I keep blaming the Sun for this but its not his fault. The fault lies with our cursed 23.5 degree axis-tilt. that brings us summer...

I don't mind rain or storms or even over cast i just dislike the realy cold temps that force me to wear three layers of clothes and have heating on all day.

I like sitting my house in shorts, nothing more comfortable. But uk is not made for the heat, that is why it sucks. No pools, no aircons, no tile floors, all the houses are built for winter not a week of summer. Public transport is definitely not made for the heat. Central line is like an over packed sauna. only thing missing is some naked guy pouring water on some rocks.

This is very true, houses here are pretty much ovens in the summer. If I had the ££££ for a custom-build home Id whack in hi-power aircon to cause ice to form on the walls :D

All I ask for is a steady 20 degrees C. Thats comfortable for me, anything more than that and I start to feel drained. What I'm looking forward to less than the hot weather though is the wonderful pollen season :(
