I could've sworn there was a law against music (and loud noises in general) past 11pm, but I guess that's not a good enough reason to stop loud noises and music past 11pm.

Ah well, at least it's been a bit more cool today. 14c at 9pm is alright.

finally a nice august day on the IoW, woke up late but looked outside and wow, sunny! quickly scrambled my stuff together and off for a 5 hour bike ride. i think everyone who could go out did go out was almost like the randonnee, hundreds of scooters causing mayhem everywhere too. great day
