Just because the outside temperature is 50c it does not mean your internal temperature is that high, if your internal temperature reaches 40c then the enzymes in your body would start to denature.

Depends on humidity, hence why today 20C is the worst thing ever, but not so long ago in May 30C was lovely.

humidity is too high. The heat itself is actually very pleasant compared to our usual windy / rainy affair.

But I was not sat in that temperature for an extended period of time, as I said, that was the temperature of inside the car not long after getting in.
