It was still 20C when I left the house this morning. Didn't expect to have the top down on the car without the need for the heater on at 6am. Warmer than many mid-summer days.

What's wrong with everyone? Seems like more like the cold than the hot!

It's very simple really. You can always put more clothes on, but there's only so much you can take off. Add to that I get heat rashes and blisters every summer which are really itchy and uncomfortable and I just dislike hot weather :)

They're mostly wrong'uns although if I lived in a City rather than on the coast I might feel the same. Thankfully I don't so bring on the heat

Nope. I live on the coast and it's still too damn hot! :p

At work near Padstow, definitely not too warm, overcast and cool as yesterday, most of the guys here wearing outdoor coats and jumpers, maybe when the sun burns through,

Oh I get it totally for medical conditions. I mean in general. I thought most people liked the warm.

thick mattress cover been washed today was drenched in sweat when I woke up, thankfully mattress underneath is ok. Cooler air cannot come soon enough.

current room temp is same as was in mid July.

I would have no issue if it was as easy to cooldown as it is to warm up.

You can put clothes on, turn on heating, so its easy to get warmer, but properties dont usually come with a/c and there is nothing easy to do to cooldown when no clothes on.

For some reason it doesn't really bother me anymore. I can sleep in 25c heat with not much bother. Dunno what's changed. I never could before

Yeah I had a lovely evening

Exploring one of the local coeds I've not been to before. So much nicer in the warmth!

Are you sure you wouldn't rather be doing that with a cold, stiff breeze in your face. Soaked to the bone and stood on a muddy path? :p

Sunset has come early to Southampton and several rumbles of thunder in the last few minutes!

Edit: Holy hailstorms, Batman!
