It's too hot :(

Various models including the BBC forecast showing a little drier, generally sunny weather mid August, though looks like a mixture of muggier days in there.

At the moment its more like late October and the wind is howling I think the veg plot is a write off this year had some decent grub last month but this month everythings just shredded god knows how the farmers are coping they must be weeping

For me it's been a much better year this year for things like carrots beetroots, lettuce, runner beans, things like to tomatoes cucumbers sweetcorn are hating it. Basically the complete opposite of the last 5 summers.

Don't do veg anymore but my ginger on the left is going crazy, my lawn needs a mow after been in Yorkshire but I need a dry day and it's not happening .

Wheat fields are untouched in so many areas, it's that bad! Hoping for August, but start of is looking bad too

Weirdly we see the opposite here. The forecasts keep saying rain but by the time it's due the forecast has changed to 'maybe a light shower'. We have had a couple of days of decent rain but clearly nothing like a lot of other areas.
Man, I wish it could be like this every year. So nice not sweating my balls off in 30c+ heat.
Couldn't agree more :)

rain shower all the same with a max high of 16-18c .. yeah loving july .... not and looking forward to aug .. more of the same .. prob snow in oct at this rate

After 2 days it being moggy and uncomfortable sleep , thankfully cooler now feeling much fresher :)

Supposedly it's the coolest July for 50 years and wettest since 2009

I think if I was finding it difficult to sleep during this weather I'd be wondering if my thyroid was packing in. :p
