Lovely day today, took the motorbikes out for a pootle.
Has it ever snowed in August in the Uk mmm.
For me it's been a much better year this year for things like carrots beetroots, lettuce, runner beans, things like to tomatoes cucumbers sweetcorn are hating it. Basically the complete opposite of the last 5 summers. At the moment its more like late October and the wind is howling I think the veg plot is a write off this year had some decent grub last month but this month everythings just shredded god knows how the farmers are coping they must be weeping
I'm loving the rain right now

Couldn't agree moreMan, I wish it could be like this every year. So nice not sweating my balls off in 30c+ heat.
After 2 days it being moggy and uncomfortable sleep , thankfully cooler now feeling much fresher
Supposedly it's the coolest July for 50 years and wettest since 2009
I think if I was finding it difficult to sleep during this weather I'd be wondering if my thyroid was packing in.
