It is the stuffiness rather than heat I'm finding horrid, temperature is OK the feeling like there is no air even with fans running I'm not liking.

Usually I can't sit on my balcony without a constant stream of wasps or bumble bees bouncing around trying to fly over the roof.

Usually I can't sit on my balcony without a constant stream of wasps or bumble bees bouncing around trying to fly over the roof.

Wasps have been later and later in the year the last few years and reduced numbers. I've seen a few hornets around though not really taken much notice as to bees.

left windows open to try to cool the house down, woke up at 2am with bugs everywhere, had to go on a dyson massacre, no sleeping after that, it's still 25c inside.

Drizzle and cooler, as its my last full work day this is good as work was terrible yesterday ,bottling issues due to the heat making it worse, as regards bugs you can buy the window fine mesh thingy's , i don't really seem to get them tbh. Weekend looking good for walking, 17/18c and mostly dry

Windows wide open this morning to blow out all the heat. Woke up and the bedroom was at 23.5ºC can't keep windows open at night due to main road noise and bugs getting in.
