It's too hot :(

On holiday in Norfolk. Lovely breezes by the sea, but stiflingly hot inland. Saw a haystack on fire yesterday so we pulled over to report it. Looking at local news this morning it took 12 appliances to deal with it. Nobody hurt, but a caravan destroyed.

Am sitting here with my feet in a bucket of water, it works so anyone suffering, cold water and a bucket and sit off. Its bliss am not joking. ;)

ha! I'm in Farnham - and yep, just stuck my head out of the window and it's raining, the sky is nice and dark too, oh my god - it smells so refreshing,

That smell! Just standing out in the rain now. Big drops but not heavy yet. Impressive bolts of Lightning across the dark sky. Sounds like the worlds biggest subwoofer playing Wagner right now.

Moar!

Big rumble of thunder in Esher, Surrey. No rain yet.

Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Please rain. Just dropped the wife and her mate of at York racecourse to see Tom Jones tonight, car was showing 29, even after the 3 hour thunderstorm this morning, nothing has changed.

lol my feet last night felt like baloons :(
Do the cold water job as your feet control your body temperature. I know its crazy but it works.

Bowl or bucket of cold water dip your toes in and you will feel right as rain again.

That's why we can do holidays as we have a pool or the sea to cool off, here we are screwed. :(

Just as my hosepipe was perking up, the weather slammed it's legs shut on me! Barely enough rain to water a small cactus! Lightning was impressive while it lasted though.

It's thundered a lot today here in Leeds, with massive downpours.

It's got warmer today!!!! What's going on. It's meant to cool the air down :((((

Lots of thunder and about 5 minutes of rain, first for about 7 weeks or so, which has already dried up everywhere. Hopefully the grass has survived, it's been straw yellow for 3-4 weeks.
