The new Meaco portable aircon did its job last night, lowered the temp from 28deg down to around 22deg in a couple of hours.
Got it powered on already today and just about to head out into the inferno to put the gazebo together.
We've got pleasant weather atm in these parts: 24°C during the day, 15°C at night.
Ah nooo. It's only one weekend? Can't complain really. Hoping for more as year goes on.Got a week of mid 30s with a high of 36 next Wednesday before dropping back to the usual mid 20s for this time of year.
Sorted out the blown down roses this morning with the help of the local rose expert.
Pond filters will get cleaned later as I’ve set up a sun shade to sit under.

It's meteorological spring until the end of May and it's pretty rare to have heatwaves like this in May, you will no doubt have plenty more days before September to burn yourself to a crisp!What a glorious day.
Have to make the most of times like this, so rare these days.
