It's too hot :(

Ah thats ok, no problem. :)
You can get quite good bright warm glow lights for reading, It might take a bit of setting up but can be done.
I get the wanting to read physical books too, I prefer this too but my eyeballs are so broken i cant I have to use a tablet.
Would one of these SAD lights work? Im thinking thats meant to go to daytime sunshine levels so would this be bright enough but feel natural to read? :)

Oh lovely, cant beat a walk in nature on a crisp sunny day. :)

I think I'm going to have to get some sort of lighting sorted, currently its a head torch!! lol And a SAD lamp! And/Or win the lottery and live around the world in summer forever.

I think it sounds like you need to sort a bit of lighting, you can then at least enjoy something you like. :)
I mean failing that you can keep hoping you win lottery. :)
But in the meantime, check out lights :)

@Combat squirrel this is a quick google but look into this

Its just the one that kept appearing as I searched, dont take my word for it though I have never heard of it. :)
May I ask, are you registered partially sighted? Sorry, to ask. (my sight is bad enough i am legally blind :) )

Sorry guys I got mixed up with which thread I was posting in. As per above, I blame my eyeballs :D
So just to not derail. :)
I agree its been very unseasonably warm in the day but totally drops temps once sun goes off. Still weird to be ok walking around in t shirts in May and October, well nearly November really. :O

8.30pm and it's 23.6° with 84% humidity. I am behoven to the fan at this moment.

Had a windy but sunny hike on Sunday. And wow it was windy. 30mph winds. The sea was savage!

I'm still finding sand in "places"!

Also.. We had a group booking at the pub for 34 people. I pity the family who had a booking in the same room as the level of chat was extreme! :D

It was noticeably colder last night. Our heating has come on a few times recently, as our house gets cold when it rains.

It was stunning today, tomorrow looks similar with an excellent surf forecast but my legs still not 100 percent so it's walking, mooching , reading .and whatever by the Ocean followed by more red wine, nothing else is important,...........
