iTunes alternative for iPod Touch

Wasn't sure whether to put this here or Windows software, but here goes - is there an alternative to iTunes that will work with the Touch?

Not here to argue if iTunes is pap or not, just want to know if there are alternatives

I think Winamp has an iPod plugin so you can use that as your host software.

Although not as good as the Mac version, iTunes is a good application, all things considered.

The ml-ipod plugin is definitely worth a look if you're going the Winamp route, it adds some useful functionality.
