Hi guys, am hoping someone here can help out. My mate is having a problem with his iPhone 4 he's currently running on version 4.0.2. He can't access iTunes store nor any website of apple so it wont sync. He has managed to access iTunes download on apple. He typed in his email address and clicked download, but then gets the message from internet explorer saying 'cannot display this website diagnose says 'windows cannot find the host name appldnld.apple.com using DNS''. He has also tried in other browsers. Any help guys???

This is not a iTunes or iPhone problem, this is a problem with your mates internet connection/DNS servers.

Try rebooting the Router and the PC.

If that doesn't help, run the command prompt (cmd) with Admin privileges. Then enter "ipconfig /flushdns"

If still not working ask again :)
