Hi Guys.

The scenario is this, I have managed to get out of Outlook 2003 a csv file with 20,000 contacts and in to the windows address book.

From here, I'v fired up itunes choosen to sync my iphone (clients) with the windows address book from the drop down menue and press the sync button.

2 hours later it finishes only for me to find, 0 contacts in the phone.

So I do it again.... 2 hours later, same result.

On the third time I check the option on the bottom on the screen in itues 'delete all contacts on the phone before synching the contacts in the windows address book'

Now from my experineces with blackberry's, I thought, aha that is what is missing.

So I press the synch button once again, and 2 hours later, 0 contacts in the phone.

Any ideas?

do you get the option to merge or replace?

tried merging?

why is it taking 2 hours? seems like a long time.

i synced mine last night in about 30 seconds....
