Can anyone explain how to create different user accounts within iTunes?

Basically, my daughter and Mrs don't want each other's music in their iTunes so I need to seperate them. We only have one user account in Windows and they don't want seperate Windows accounts, they just want to be able to click a link and have iTunes load with their music only.

I don't think it's possible within the same Windows profile.

You can have multiple libraries and choose which one to load when you run iTunes by holding down shift (I think) when you double click the icon ... but I don't think you can do it by having just an icon you can click without multiple accounts.
