Bet you thats just a cover up. Someone probably deleted the right footage by mistake, thought 'I know, Arma2 looks quite realistic, I'll use that', found the poorest quality video of it possible to make it look 'realistic', then edited it in, presuming no one would notice.

Has anyone considered that the ARMA cutscene was taken from stock footage of an IRA video?

I'm fairly sure the 'cutscene' is not footage, but 3D objects rendered on your machine. The aliasing on the helicopter towards the end gave it away

For some inexplicable reason, the YouTube uploader is the one who presented the video as a real-life video recording of a PIRA attack

Dont know what is more funnier, someone pretending it was actual IRA footage and putting it on youtube

Its a machinima film, we are allowed to pretend and make believe (much like kids do).

The original youtuber has done nothing a lot of people wouldnt have done. It's pretty obvious it isnt actually real.

I wonder how many of you if you had watched this documentary live, without reading this thread first, would have picked up on it?
I will admit I watched it live and just thought it was a really bad mobile phone film.
It also doesn't help that I was also posting on here at the time so not concentrating fully but even if I was I still don't think I would have cottoned on.
