ITV Region problem on Sky

Hi Guys,

I've recently had my Sky HD box replaced (old Thompson) with a new box. All is good, but the weird thing is that even though the main ITV channel is correct (ITV West), the ITV+1 is ITV Wales!

Anyone had this problem, or know of a way around it?

EDIT: BTW, both ITV and ITV+1 were correctly showing ITV West before the box change.

I have the same problem with Freeview actually, also in Bristol.

Channels from a different region are sometimes placed into the 800s when a viewer is in an area where the receiver picks up reception from 2 transmitters. Often the stronger signal is used and the channels from the weaker signal are placed in the 800s.

Give Sky a call and they will send a signal to the box to reset the viewing card. I've just had to do the same thing - twice, because the 1st muppet didn't send it!

Try running a new install? Services, 0, 0-1-select, scroll to install, select twice and let it do its stuff.
