I have been trying to watch videos on the "Watch Now" section of the ITV website HERE but the video player is telling me that my system doesn't meet the minimum requirements, the problem is, my system does meet the minimum requirements and all components that are required are installed, when i use the ITV Video Players diagnostics i am still being told that i need certain components even though they all installed (see screenshot below), is anyone else having this problem with the ITV Video Player?

Thanks!

What happens when you click on each of the ones with the crosses on and install the component it wants, regardless on whether they are installed..?

using IE I hope.

EDIT: When I first started (using Vista) to get ITV's video to work mine was like yours.

However doing the clicky thing and going through the motions it now looks like....

I have tried everything, the "DRM Add-on" is installed by default on Vista and this is why i don't get a prompt to install the "DRM Add-on", also "Windows Media Player 11" is installed by default, this is happening with two of my systems that are running Vista, i have another system that is running XP and all is fine with that system.
