that auction is against ebay rules, because the item title is misleading. you have to state what is for sale in the item description. also it is in the wrong category, because he is selling information and not a sim card.
If you report this auction they can remove it for the above violations, but often they don't

B11RT isn't a Bristol postcode, it might be BS1 1RT which is right in the city centre, on the road where my girlfriend works.
