I've been frauded!

Just a note, the CVV from the back of your card is not actually a requirement now. Just saying, in case you think it's safe to give details as long as you keep your CVV secret.

Nearly 20 years ago i had my Barclaycard done. Barclays never released the full report to me. Someone phoned them up, answered my security questions, changed my address, got a new card sent out and then went on a spending spree, new TV's, cash withdrawls etc I wouldn't have seen it as the paper bills had been changed, the only way i found out was i went to pay my hotel bill in Portugal after a holiday and my card kept getting declined. Managed to get that sorted and pay the bill. Turned out that someone in one of their call centres had somehow managed to get hold of loads of customer details and sold them on, never did find out if they sorted it and if anyone got charged.

bin divers if your using communal bins, they ain;t searching peoples trash for gold...
