Thread title sounds odd but what the hell :D

I like all types of music from Rap to Rock, from classical to punk.

For the past few months i've been listening to 2 sets of music (rap and rnb) and frankly i was getting sick of it.

Back in school (3 years ago) i was into rock/punk etc... a lot and wouldn't listen to anything else.

So trolling through my music i stuck Muse on and OMG i just feel alive lol

Was just listening to Muse - Bliss.

Got a bit of Blink 182 lined up with some Korn then Soulfly then some good old fashioned Korn, Slipknot and Mudvayne.

Just listening to Bliss and Muscle Museum by Muse has made me feel alive again.

I even picked up my drum sticks and started tapping away.

It's good to feel alive again for once.

No more rnb crap for a while for me :D

I've seen the light once again :D

Had to share this with you all :D

Old school Foo Fighters playing at the moment.

Which is going to lead me to some good old fashioned grunge with Nirvana.

When i was listening to RnB i just felt like crap and kept thinking about my life and relationships etc...

Tis evil lol

Now i just feel alive and want to get exceedingly drunk :D

Maybe a bit of RATM - Sleep now in the fire is due :D
 
Its nice to be able to rediscover stuff that you get bored of.. Have been watching the Muse Absolution Tour on DVD recently :)

Absolutely loved Muscle Museum, New Born, Plug in Baby etc. Really different songs.

P.S. - on that tour DVD, i was in the front centre position. Beat that ;)
 
OOOOOooooooooooooo forgot about deftones.

Haven't heard change in the house of flies in about a year :o

enough with rock elitism - no matter what he's got on now its better than RnB :p

Their second self-titled album is good too. Iowa is rubbish. And Volume 3 is fantastic.

Didnt realise they were held in high regard myself. I quite like Absolution, but I know a lot of people that dont share my liking for it. Not really taken the time to listen to their other material though.

They are huge. Absolution was being sold in Tescos :p Oh and they are always on music television.
