I've had a fight with my laptop

I had a mate when we worked together in an old IT job, that when a laptop he was meant to fix took him to beyond his patience levels, he would brush it to the side and off the desk for it to fall on the floor and carry on working, leaving it there until he could be bothered to face it again later. Imagine the quiet sound of an office then a great massive SMASH as laptop meets the floor. Everyone looks round.... ah it's Dave again fixing laptops. Yeah....don't be like Dave.

few years ago i had an episode of rage.
I bought one of them grass strimmer's, the ones with the cord of plastic that does the cutting but it kept snapping, I just couldn't figure out how to use it.
so i completely lost it and started to smash it to bits on the patio flags until it was destroyed, I'd only had it 30 minutes out the box from amazon.
thinking back i looked like that scene were Basil Fawlty was smashing the windscreen of his Mini with a tree branch :D

Oldie but goldie! People don't tend to send joke emails nowdays, but the place where I worked back in 2000/2001 did this a lot. We would send short video clips to each other via work's emails and the clip you posted here was one of them :-) The clips were small enough (around 1 megabyte) so that they would fit onto a floppy disk so that's how they got around work (we didn't have internet access at work).

Also, does anyone remember "Angry German Kid"? He became an internet star in the early days of YouTube.

Anyway, not sure it's in the same league as this but I had a MS ergo keyboard and it broke. Out of warranty so I had to suck it up and buy a new one, but I couldn't one immediately so it was about 10 days for delivery. I bought a generic normal one. Proper bargain basement but I had a ton of uni work to complete. I HATED it. Half the time it wouldn't register a keystroke, I kept hitting the wrong keys being used to the ergo. It really frustrated me.

When the new ergo arrived I walked up to my desk, picked up the cheap keyboard and literal snapped it in half whilst uttering the phrase "now you can **** off" then binning it.

There was a sad story doing the rounds a few months ago about a young boy who raged at some game so much that he punched the monitor and smashed it. It was a while before he and his family could buy him a new one, given to him by his father under the strict proviso that he didn't smash that one up. He did, this time by throwing the game controller at it. This time however he was so embarrassed and ashamed that he had once again smashed the monitor that his family had saved so hard to buy, that he hung himself in his cupboard and was found by his younger sister.
