im basically taking everything outta my present case, & putting it in my new one.........is there a prob fellaz? have i missed something?

Power supplies that come with cases don't tend to play nice with modern hardware components. It might run...for a while. It might not.

so.............youre saying im better off using the psu i have now? put that in the new case? some advice would go down a treat please fellaz....;)

PSU in the new case. Cheap and doggy crap! It'll kill your hardwear then you'll kill your self!

It only take 5 minsmax to undo 4 screws and refit them.

Use the PSU you have now. Highly highly recomeneded

Mexicana,

All we need to know is the exact model of each component you're fitting in the case. Simply saying... mobo, cpu, graphics is not very helpful.

If you were putting a 1ghz P3 and ati 9250 in it then the PSU would be fine however if you were putting a quad core intel and an 8800GTX in then we'd all say you'd switch it on and most probably smell burning psu.

All that's needed is mobo, cpu, gpu, ram and PSU really. Plus if you plan to run 4+ HDD's that would be useful to know too! :)

Cheers matey,

to get a case AND PSU for £25 and then expect reliability running any hardware that's even remotely up to date is a dangerous risk.

The PSU may have a nice high wattage rating on the box, but trust me - it will be a horrible horrible piece of junk and you're best off binning it.

Agreed... i'd do the weight test TBH.

I pulled a 450watt out of my very first pc (ebay built) and it was about half the weight of my GF's 465watt enermax noisetaker.

Horrible to think i ran a 3000+ athlon XP with the following GPU's fitted at different times - 9800pro, x850xt and finally (the most scary) 6800 Ultra!

Thing lasted about 2.5 years and decided not to turn on last week! :p

Bit late, his already bought that 'rather nice' case :p

Personal choise. Its fine if you like it.

Have you got like a C2D/GTX system? or even a AMD 64/x2 system? If so then please get a new HDD, will save hassle in the long run.

im abit confused fellaz, there are 26 good reviews on this item i have bought.....

LaEmeMexicana you should really take note of what these guys are saying, a case and psu for that price means its really cheap **** which puts your other computer hardware under rise of been blowup and even your self it decides to. I would use anything other then good brand psu for about £50.
