I've only gone and just graduated into the Royal Air Force

8th May 2007 was 3 and 4 flights graduation, it was an amazing day!

Our reviewing officer was the Air chief of staff  He is the highest rank within the air force, apparently he had heard how good our intake was, one of the best for years and wanted to come see us pass out (no joke!)

Its been an amazing 9 weeks, i went through some crazy emotions, i was so close to quitting at the end, tried so hard and it paid off, i won an award for dedication and enthusiasm!

I had to go up to the dias, salute, shake hands with air cheif and have photo taken etc, i wasnt nervous until i stood infront of him and i had a tv camera and about 500 people looking straight at me

I now have a week off before i start my trade training as a cisom at DCAE RAF Cosford!

Congrats Andrew,

Thats really good you managed to stick at it.
I've got my proposed start date at Halton on August 8th. So i'm really looking forward to it!

Steve.

Well done. Hopefully you'll be dropping several tons of democracy on rogue nations very soon.

Although, a 'Dedication and Enthusiasm' award, sounds a bit like the 'Most Improved Student' award they give to one of the halfwit kids at primary school.
