Lazder, I appreciate the post but you seem to have changed pretty much everything! The point is to build a full system in a low depth chassis, so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb in my lounge. The 16GB makes about £50 difference, but ensures I can do what I like in the future with virtual machines.

The Z77-UD3H replaces the Z68AP-D3 and is cheaper/newer and has a UEFI BIOS.

A Antec Kuhler620 even with a second fan in push/pull will not rival a top end air cooler. the radiator is just too thin and lacks surface area.

Z77-UD3H, maybe newer, but cheaper?? Its good 50-70 pounds more expensive... 150 pounds for Z77 with ship, and around 80 for z68...

Antec Kuhler 620 doesnt loose to Corsair H80, on benchmarks I saw, and runs roughly same temp as my friends Noctua on same CPU, obviously room temp makes difference + case, but 1-3 degrees difference in his side or mine.

Never heard any pump noise from 620... maybe am death, but I do have 560ti and it is pretty loud, so it probably cancels the noise out.
